A flexible opportunity to lease surgery space by the day, week, month or year +/- supporting office space.

The option of providing your own equipment or using the fit-out as provided.

Various service support services available – from provision of consumables (ie masks, gloves, paper towelling etc) right through to admin support (phone answering and patent welcome) or even the provision of DA’s on a sessional and / or an ‘as required’ basis.

Lease fees by mutual agreement on what is ‘fair and equitable’ pending usage and commitment to the area. In essence, the more often a chair is required and the longer the sub-lease committed to – then the lower the fee required to secure the clinic space. Appropriate sub-lease supporting paperwork will be provided to ensure confidence in ‘security of tenure’ and clarification of responsibilities of all the parties involved.

No Capital Outlay

With The Dental Hub you avoid the investment of at least $300,000 normally required to establish a branch practice (in fit-out) and the additional lock-in of an expensive lease for a facility only used 1 or 2 days a week. At The Dental Hub you only pay when you are using the facility (ie a “vanishing” overhead) and you are not locked in to any lease.
