The Dental Hub is Proud to Offer a Number of Flexible Service Agreement Options
A flexible opportunity to use surgery space by the day, week, month or year +/- supporting office space.
The option of providing your own equipment or using the fit-out as provided.
Various service support services available – from provision of consumables (ie masks, gloves, paper towelling etc) right through to admin support (phone answering and patent welcome) or even the provision of DA’s on a sessional and / or an ‘as required’ basis.
Service fees by mutual agreement on what is ‘fair and equitable’ pending usage and commitment to the area. In essence, the more often a chair is required and the longer the agreement committed to – then the lower the fee required to secure the clinic space. Appropriate sub-lease supporting paperwork will be provided to ensure confidence in ‘security of tenure’ and clarification of responsibilities of all the parties involved.
